A small worm that lives on your desktop
Deskworm gives you a tiny pet worm that shares your screen. It reacts to what you actually do at your PC: every time you type or click, it crawls a little further, and typing produces soft little sounds as it moves. When it hits the edge of the screen, it turns around and keeps going. Between those moments it just sits there, calm, and keeps you company while you work or play. You do not need to feed it, manage it, or check in on it — the worm's whole job is to be present and slightly silly.
If you want less movement, Pocket Mode parks the worm in a small pocket on your screen. It stays there, and its head quietly follows your mouse cursor around. It is a good option if you find a crawling worm distracting during something focused but still want the company.
Bring your friends' worms along
Your worm does not have to be the only one on screen. You can invite friends or join strangers and watch everyone's worms crawl across the desktop together — more worms, more wiggle. Everyone keeps their own worm, with their own look and their own length, so a session ends up as a mixed crowd of cute, silly, stylish and occasionally cursed little creatures.
Dress it up and grow it longer
As you type and click during a normal day, you earn points. Spend those points on item drops to unlock new hats and skins. Drop rarities run Common (85%), Uncommon (10%), Rare (4%), Epic (0.95%) and Legendary (0.05%), so the good stuff shows up rarely and it is worth showing off when it does.
Duplicates are not wasted. Combine items of the same rarity to craft one from the tier above. You can also feed items to your worm directly, which adds body segments and makes it grow longer over time.
Make it comfortable and use it for breaks
A lot here is adjustable. You can scale the worm from tiny to big, resize the pocket, and go through the settings to make the companion feel right for your screen and your habits.
Deskworm also doubles as a gentle break tool. The Pomodoro timer lets you work in short focus blocks with clear breaks between them, and the Anti-Shrimp reminder nudges you to sit up straight, stand and stretch. It is a friendly push to take care of yourself during long sessions rather than another thing demanding attention.
