A giant egg and a job to do

CRACK puts you in a laboratory with one clear task: crack open a very large egg. The game does not dwell on why the egg is there, who built the facility, or why you are working in it. Your job is simple, and the rest of the facility fills in around that job as you go. It is a first-person co-op incremental adventure, so progress comes from steady work — hitting the egg, upgrading your tools, and opening up more of the lab rather than from a single big moment.

Playing with friends

CRACK supports 1 to 4 players in online co-op, so you can go it alone or bring a group along. Everyone shares the same facility and the same egg, and the work splits naturally between the group: some players focus on the egg itself while others push into the rest of the lab. Along the way you unlock hidden rooms and upgrade your tools throughout the facility, which keeps the loop going — better tools, more of the building opened up, more to do with the egg.

What to expect before starting

The egg reacts to you, and the game asks you to listen closely to it, so part of the experience is paying attention to what the facility and the egg are telling you rather than just swinging away. The tone mixes comedy with a dystopian, atmospheric setting, and the tags point at destruction, mining, and a horror streak underneath the joke, so expect the lab to feel a bit unsettling even while the premise stays silly. It is nonlinear, so groups can poke at the facility in their own order instead of following a fixed path. Development is ongoing and built in public, so the game may change as it grows.
