Sneaking into a dragon's lair
Clank! is a deck-building dungeon crawl where you play a thief creeping through a dragon's hoard. You move through the dungeon, buy new cards for your deck, and grab artifacts of increasing value. The catch is noise: every careless step makes a clank, and those clanks pull the dragon's attention toward you. The deeper you push, the better the treasure, and the harder the trip back out becomes. You only cash in if you escape alive, so the whole game is a balance between greed and a safe exit.
Playing against other thieves
Everyone is competing for the most valuable prize, so you're not working together — you're racing and interfering with each other while the dungeon itself tries to kill you. The Steam version supports online PvP, and you can play cross-platform against friends or take on players from around the world in Heists. Turn-based play means you get time to weigh each move, which suits the strategy side of the game: watch what opponents are buying, when they head for the exit, and how much noise they're making.
Before you start
The game blends deck-building with exploration, so each run plays out differently depending on what cards you pick up and which route you take. Items, abilities, and allies you acquire along the way shape how you survive the dungeon. If the systems are new to you, there's a guided Tutorial to learn the ropes, plus Achievements and Challenges to work through afterward. Expect a cartoony, colorful take on the medieval heist rather than grim fantasy — it's family friendly, with dragons, magic, and a bit of parody in the tone.
