What CashGrab: Refunded is

CashGrab: Refunded is an online co-op roguelite horror game for up to 6 players. You play a hustler who breaks into The Grind, a sprawling and esoteric corporate structure full of terrible monsters. Movement and objects are fully physics-based, so grabbing loot, climbing, and fighting all feel physical rather than scripted. The levels are procedurally generated, which means each run lays out differently and the deeper you push into The Grind, the more you can gain and the more likely you are to lose it. The tone mixes stylized, funny character work with psychological and survival horror, set in a dystopian world with a 1990's flavor.

Playing it with your group

You and up to five friends navigate treacherous terrain together and fight back the local horrors, or die one by one if things go badly. Cash you haul out is the point of the whole run, and splitting it afterwards is a negotiation that can go sideways or leave one player coming out on top. That social tension sits alongside the action: the group has to decide together how far to push and how to divide what they got. Cash carries forward into spending on items and equipment, customizing your Grabba, and funding community goals, so the money you make shapes what the next attempt looks like.

Before you start

Create your Grabba first, using the face upload system to customize your character. Expect a run-based structure where success is not guaranteed and losses are part of the loop: the deeper you go, the bigger the haul and the bigger the risk. As your abilities and loot pool develop, you can take on more daring runs. There is also a mystery running under everything — Big Grabba, The Goblins, the Stock Market — with the truth obscured for now, so part of the appeal is digging into how it all connects. The game is in Early Access, so content and systems can change while you play.
