What Backrooms: Escape Together is
This is a first-person co-op survival horror game set in the Backrooms, built around photorealistic environments and spatialized audio. You start in the yellow halls of Level 0 and push deeper through 11 fully procedurally generated levels. Each level is its own mini-adventure with its own environment, mechanics, threats, puzzles, lootable items, and entities. Even replaying the same level gives you different layouts, item spawns, and entity encounters, so no two runs play the same.
Playing as a group
You can go in alone or team up with friends or strangers in up to 6-player co-op. Proximity voice chat is built in, so what your group says carries down the halls and picks up as you move through them. You progress by using whatever you can find in each level to survive and get further in.
Before you start
Entities hunt you with their own behavior patterns, and each one reacts to different things, so paying attention to what triggers them is how you stay alive. The game is in Early Access, which means levels will keep being added over time as development continues.
