A polite brawl with very improper tools
A Gentlemen's Dispute is a party brawler where a group of players tries to be the last one standing. You grab whatever the arena offers — bats, bazookas, flamethrowers, cannons, bombs — and use it on the other players while the surroundings fall apart around you. The tone is comedy first: cartoony, colorful, family friendly, with physics-driven combat and plenty of destruction. Rounds are short and arcade-like, so a match moves quickly from one scrap to the next.
Playing together as a group
The game supports up to 8 players, so a full Discord group can pile into one match. Online PvP lets everyone join over the internet, and Remote Play Together is available if someone wants to tag along from a friend's copy. Between rounds, each player picks a perk card to shape the next bout — the right card can swing a close fight, which gives everyone something to argue about while the round loads. Since only one player takes the title at the end, sessions work well as a rotating tournament: pick your rounds, knock each other out, and crown a new champion each time.
What to know before starting
Expect chaos rather than a strict ruleset — anything goes so long as it is done with class. Arenas are destructible and full of hazards: sharks, speeding trains, and assorted other dangers that can end a round as surely as another player's bazooka. Positioning matters as much as aim, because the ground you are standing on may not be there in a moment. The game blends action, casual, and strategy elements, so there is room to play it loose or to plan around your perk choices. It is a fighting and PvP game with a light, party-friendly feel rather than a demanding competitive one, which suits groups that want quick, funny matches instead of long ranked sessions.
