A bullet-hell boss rush with arcade roots
Xanadu Land is a fast-paced massively multiplayer bullet hell built around arcade-style gameplay. You jump into nonstop boss battles against hundreds of bosses and elite monsters, each with its own combat methods. Death is not a dead end: you accumulate experience, gather equipment, and come back stronger. The game is in Early Access and runs on procedurally generated content, so runs feel different each time.
Playing together with your group
You fight side by side with dozens of other players to knock down bosses and collect legendary loot. The co-op campaign supports online co-op, and PC players can team up with mobile players to push toward the same goals. The arcade pacing means you can jump in and out of a session whenever your group has time, whether that is a short burst or a longer run.
What to know before starting
Progression is built on hundreds of pieces of equipment plus a wide set of skills, talents, and fellows that you combine into different builds. Your heroes grow with you, and dying feeds back into that growth. The game is free to play with in-app purchase value-added services; paying does not make you stronger, but it does change how your deaths are marked, such as a bigger tombstone. Expect a challenging, easy-to-learn loop with perma-death stakes and a retro, pixel-art presentation.
