Survive until dawn
Vampire Survivors is a time survival game where you move through a field packed with night creatures while your weapons fire on their own. You pick the direction, the game handles the shooting, and the screen fills with hundreds of monsters until you go down. Runs are short and built on rogue-lite choices: the weapons and power-ups you pick during a run stack up fast, so a quiet start can turn into a screen-clearing storm. Gold you gather carries over between runs and buys permanent upgrades for whoever survives next.
Playing together
Local co-op supports up to 4 players on one screen, so you and your friends share the same field and the same horde. Online Co-op and Remote Play Together are also listed, which covers playing with people who are not in the same room. Everyone is mowing down the same wave, so coordination comes down to where you stand and what each of you levels up. The game supports mouse, keyboard, controller, and touch screen.
Before you start
Gems and items stay on the ground, so there is no rush to grab them in the middle of a fight. Take two or three offensive weapons early, then put your levels into one at a time rather than spreading them thin. Armour and Luck are solid first power-ups to spend gold on. Power-ups can be refunded for free, so reset them often and try a different upgrade path instead of sticking with a build that is not working.
