What UFDS is

Ukrainian Fight Drone Simulator (UFDS) is an FPV drone trainer built on lessons from the Ukrainian frontline and used for training combat drone and FPV operators. It is not an arcade racer: the focus is fine motor skills and accurate targeting under pressure. Flight is driven by realistic physics covering weight, thrust, battery and aerodynamics, and there are no simplifications — every mistake has consequences. The simulation includes precise calculations in physics, aerodynamics and battery performance, plus PID tuning for the flight controls. The drone lineup includes Angel Arrow 12", Angel Arrow 15", LuckyStrike, 1M-BA, Mimic 3T, FPV Kamikaze Phantom 7–10" and Dzhmil, with multiple bomb types and modular attachments for weapons and payloads.

Playing together

Multiplayer is live. PvP combat lets you outplay real opponents, and co-op missions have you coordinate like a real team, testing skill, communication and reaction time. The multiplayer offering covers PvP racing and co-op Battleground missions. Battleground throws endless enemy waves at you with limited drones and resources, so you train to make tactical decisions under pressure and climb the FPV simulator leaderboard. The Academy mode holds the Basic pilot course, Kamikaze, Bomber and Air interceptor courses, plus Racing, all built as realistic training scenarios with close-to-real pre-flight procedures.

Before you start

An RC controller is recommended so you build the correct muscle memory; PS5 and Xbox gamepads are also supported. The Starter Edition on Steam is intended for personal use by hobbyists and drone enthusiasts only — it cannot be used in pilot training centers or for other commercial purposes, and you should contact the developers with any questions. The store also lists a Sexual Content tag alongside the military, realistic and wargame material, so be aware of that before diving in.
