A party race where everyone falls over

Stumble Guys drops you into a 32-player online match where you dash, jump, and shove your way across obstacle courses. The goal is simple: survive the round and be the last one standing. Courses are packed with traps, moving hazards, and narrow paths, so stumbling is part of the fun rather than a failure. Matches run as tournaments, and each round cuts the field down until a winner is left.

Playing together with friends

The game supports cross-play between Steam and mobile, so people in your group can join the same matches even if they are not on the same device. Everyone queues into the same pool of up to 32 players, which means you can end up racing side by side or bumping each other off a platform in the same round. Because matches are shared lobbies rather than private rooms, expect to compete against each other as much as cooperate. Running in a group still helps: you can trade tips between rounds and compare how far each of you got.

Modes, maps, and progression

There are over 60 maps, so obstacle layouts change often and no two rounds play the same way. Tournaments let you collect points and climb the Ranked leaderboard to unlock rewards. Limited-time events rotate in special modes such as Floor is Lava and Banana Bonanza, and crossover events add characters from SpongeBob and My Hero Academia to the roster.

What to know before starting

Stumble Guys is free to play and classified as Family Friendly, with a bright, colorful cartoon style. Your character, called a stummer, can be customized with thousands of cosmetics: skins, emotes, and outfits that turn you into a ninja, superhero, or chicken. Everything described here takes place online in PvP matches, so a stable connection is needed. Expect chaotic, physics-heavy platforming where the fun comes from tripping, getting kicked, and recovering rather than from precise speedrunning.
