A fast battle royale with skill builds
Skillshot City is a top-down battle royale set in a GTA-style city, where you loot, shoot, cast and drive while leveling up skills. Each level up gives you a choice of 2 randomly generated skills, so you build your loadout on the fly and try to stack abilities into a strong combo before the final showdown. The city gives you plenty to do while you level: missions, supply drops, gangs, rare loot, and the option to aggro the cops if you want to take a risk. The circle shrinks the whole time, so you have to balance farming with staying alive.
Playing together with friends
You can play solos, duos, or trios with friends and climb the ranks. There are no queues and no downtime between action. There is also a singleplayer and co-op survival mode with leaderboards and custom difficulty modifiers. If you die in a match, you keep playing as a zombie: loot for the next round, or hunt down a survivor to revive. Death sets you back but does not send you to a menu, so the match keeps moving.
Structure and classes
The match runs as 3 ultra-fast rounds with a high-stakes showdown every 5 minutes. The winners of rounds 1 and 2 pick unique modifiers that affect the rest of the match, and the winner of round 3 wins the game. Your skill build carries from round to round. Between matches you unlock new abilities: there are over 100 unique skills, classes, and round modifiers to unlock, and you can equip skills to make them show up more often in-game. There are 8 classes, each with a unique playstyle and strategy, and you can design skill builds that adjust the pool of skills you choose from during a match.
