A Dirtier Muckingham
PowerWash Simulator 2 puts you back in the boots of a professional cleaner with a high-powered washer in hand. The goal is simple: blast away every speck of grime until the surface underneath gleams. You will travel to brand-new locations like Sponge Valley, Power Falls, and Lubri City, while also working through a fresh campaign that uncovers more of Muckingham's mysteries. The game introduces multi-stage jobs, where cleaning one area unlocks the next, such as moving from a vehicle's exterior into its interior or opening up entirely different rooms. To handle these tougher tasks, you have access to new equipment, including an abseiling rig, a cherry picker, and a surface cleaner designed to cover large flat areas quickly. The soap has also been improved, clinging to stubborn stains to help you clear them faster.
Cleaning With Friends
You do not have to face the grime alone. The game supports online co-op, allowing you to share campaign progression with friends as you work through jobs together. If you prefer to sit on the same couch, split-screen co-op lets two players tackle the dirt side-by-side on a single screen. Working together means you can divide the work, with one person handling the high-up spots using the cherry picker while another handles the ground level, or simply race to see who finishes their section first. It is a relaxed way to play, focused on the shared satisfaction of turning a filthy mess into a clean scene.
Home Life and Extras
Between jobs, you can return to your home-base to unwind. The space is customizable; you can collect furniture and trinkets found during your work to decorate the area. Once you have spruced it up, you can invite your power-washing friends over to see your setup. The home-base also houses your cats, which serve as a distraction when you are ready to stop working for the day. There is also a Barbie Pack available, which takes you to Malibu for a five-level clean-up adventure where you play as a PowerWasher Barbie, spraying away muck to reveal pristine plastic underneath.
