The hunt for the Champion

Post Human W.A.R is a turn-based tactical strategy game played on a hex grid. Before a battle starts, each player builds an army and secretly marks one unit as the Champion. The match ends the moment one player kills the opposing Champion, so the fight is really about hiding your own key piece while hunting theirs. You can field frail or sturdy units, flying or grounded, melee or ranged, and decide whether to keep the Champion tucked behind your lines or push it forward as a bluff. Reading the opponent and calling their bluffs matters as much as the combat itself.

Playing together

Your group can face off against each other in local multiplayer, friendly or competitive. The solo campaign is there for when you want to play on your own. Remote Play Together lets people join in over a network. The game also supports local multiplayer for people sharing a screen.

What to expect

The setting is an absurd post-apocalyptic Earth where humanity went extinct at the start of the third millennium. Mutated animals, household robots converted for warfare, and monkeys in tracksuits now fight over what humans left behind. Battles are purely strategic with nothing left to chance and no seniority advantage, so the better strategist wins. You can alter the terrain during a fight by building barricades and destroying obstacles. The content spans 3 different universes, 3 factions, and 36 playable units.
