Rally racing inside parking garages
Parking Garage Rally Circuit takes rally racing into repurposed parking garages across big US cities. The tour picks a garage, turns it into a course for a week-long competition, and each track is built as its own garage-turned-race-course. It blends rally and circuit racing: you get jumps and a one-racer-at-a-time time trial against the clock, but races run multiple laps around the same track, and the track may change slightly from lap to lap. The controls are tight, simple, and arcadey — accelerate, reverse, steer, drift — with physics that let you smash into things. The whole package is built to look and feel like a lost Sega Saturn game from around 1998: low-resolution, low-poly, chunky textures, simple interface, and streamlined scope, plus cheat codes.
Playing together
Realtime multiplayer lets you create or join a lobby of up to 8 players for peer-to-peer non-contact racing. Split-screen multiplayer supports 2-4 players on one screen with controllers, with contact and non-contact options, so you can go old school in the same room. After you beat the gold trophy on a course, ghosts from other players just ahead of you on the leaderboard download automatically to race against, and you can limit those auto-download rivals to Steam friends only. Remote Play Together is also supported.
Before you start
Each race is a time trial format — one racer at a time against the clock — so realtime lobbies are non-contact by default, while split-screen gives you the choice of contact or non-contact. The tracks are lap-based rather than point-to-point, and expect them to shift a little between laps. Bring a controller if you want the intended feel and for split-screen. The game is made by humans at Walaber Entertainment LLC without generative AI.
