Fighting the Annihilation Wave
MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is a side-scrolling beat 'em up from Tribute Games with Dotemu and Marvel Games. You pick from a roster of 15 Super Heroes, including Spider-Man, Wolverine, She-Hulk, Captain America, Phoenix, Black Panther, Storm, Iron Man, Rocket Raccoon, Beta Ray Bill, Venom, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Nova, Phyla-Vell and the Silver Surfer. The fight runs from New York City to the depths of the Negative Zone against Annihilus and the Annihilation Wave. Combat uses dynamic combos and special attacks, presented in full-color pixel art.
Playing Together
The game supports local and online play, plus Remote Play Together, with a drop-in/drop-out adaptive system so people can join as they arrive. Each player picks their own Super Heroes, so a group can mix Earth-based and galactic characters in one run.
The Cosmic Swap System
Before each level you choose two Super Heroes and switch between them instantly with the Cosmic Swap tag-team system. Building combos and special attacks around both characters is the main tactical layer, so pick a pair whose abilities suit how you want to play that stage.
