Movement-based platforming with a timer
Kreedz Climbing is a first-person 3D platformer built around movement skill rather than combat. The goal on most courses is simple: reach the end as fast as you can. Along the way you work with a set of disciplines such as Jump, Surf, Bunnyhop, Bungee, Powerjump, DoubleDuck, Long Jump, Raceway, Bhop Raceway, Deathtraps and Flare Targets. The Tutorial teaches the core 7, and the rest show up across the maps. A checkpoint system returns you to a saved position when you fail, and clearing a course without relying on checkpoints is the mark of a strong player. Medals earned from beating maps can be spent on fun items in the Special Item Shop, which you can use to goof around when your timer is not running.
Playing with your group
You can play alone, alone with friends around, or directly with friends. Co-op maps are designed for 2-4 players and require boosting plus same-time puzzle actions, so coordination matters more than raw speed there. If you want a private session, Create Server on the main menu lets you host one for your group; port 27015 must be forwarded for the server to be visible to others. For something more rowdy, Tag Arena is a multiplayer mode where Seekers chase Runners, with pick-ups for the Runners and Powerjump plus Seeker Vision for the Seekers. When nobody is racing, you can simply hang out on a server and watch others compete.
Before you start
Expect a steep but rewarding learning curve: the game rewards practice on individual disciplines, and single-discipline courses are easier entry points than mixed ones. There are 120+ maps spanning natural, rural, suburban, city, space and surreal settings, and some maps contain multiple courses, so browsing around before committing to a run is worthwhile. If you feel like building, the Hammer world editor supports Kreedz Climbing's own entities and functions, and the Art Tool lets you draw on walls in different colors and sizes to point new players where to go next.
