Two lives under one roof
I Know a Guy: Shady Life Simulator puts you behind the counter of a pizza shop in Hobarey Town while a mafia you owe money to keeps you working off the debt. The front of house is a normal business: kitchen, equipment, production, customers. The back is where the favors happen — cleaning bloody clothes, ordering restricted items from the dark web, disposing of evidence, even burning bodies in your own oven. Both sides have to keep running at the same time, and the police are paying attention. Every shady job raises the payout and the risk together, so the question is always how far to push before the cover blows.
Reputation on both sides
The shop and the underworld each track their own progress. Making the best pizza shop in town unlocks different things than earning trust with the people who hand out illegal work, and each path opens new jobs, tools, and risks. Dozens of hand-crafted NPCs have their own stories, personalities, and problems that unfold over time, so favors come from people you get to know rather than a job board. Learning who to trust, who to use, and who to avoid is part of the loop. Upgrading the kitchen and the hidden workstations lets you produce faster and take on riskier, better-paying jobs.
Playing with friends
You can play solo or team up online with up to four players. Splitting tasks is the natural way to handle it: someone keeps the pizza side alive while others work the jobs out back, or you run both sides together and deal with the chaos as a group. The game is in Early Access, and both offline and co-op modes are updated with 1.0. Expect a first-person management sim with stealth and crime woven into the cooking and building — casual on the surface, darkly comedic underneath.
