Build a drug empire in Hyland Point
Schedule I drops you into the grungy west-coast city of Hyland Point with no cash, no product and no connections. You start as a small-time dealer and work your way up toward becoming a kingpin. The core loop is manufacturing and distributing a range of drugs, each with its own unique production process, and discovering special recipes that create new variants with special properties. Getting product to customers means moving around the city on foot, by skateboard or by car, and as your operation grows you can hire dealers to handle distribution for you. Expansion comes through purchasing properties, hiring employees, and working with suppliers to build a fully automated production and distribution chain. It is a dangerous line of work: law enforcement intensifies as you grow, and deadly cartel competitors are working against you. When talking stops working, you can fight with fists, melee weapons or firearms.
Playing together in co-op
Schedule I supports online co-op multiplayer, so you and your friends can reach new heights together. A growing empire needs skilled management, and running production, distribution and defense across Hyland Point is a lot for one person to handle. Co-op lets the group split the workload: some handle manufacturing and recipe discovery, others move product through the city, and others deal with the pressure from law enforcement and cartel rivals. The open world, driving and base building all give the group plenty of ground to cover together.
What to know before starting
Schedule I is in Early Access, so the game is still being developed and things can change as it grows. It is a first-person game with action, stealth, strategy and simulation elements, so expect a mix of hands-on combat and management rather than pure shooting. The crime theme is central to the premise, and the game includes drug manufacturing and distribution as its main mechanics. Combat is part of the experience from the early stages, since both law enforcement and cartel competitors will push back against your operation.
