A large-scale shooter with two sides
GRANDMA is an action-heavy shooter where humans fight against aliens and robots. Before a match starts you pick a side: humans, or the robots and aliens. On top of that you choose a main weapon, a secondary, and a lethal option, so you can shape your loadout around how you want to play. The game is described as realistic and includes both first-person and third-person perspectives.
Playing with your group
Matches run online alongside up to 50 players, with the store text also mentioning up to 100 online players. Several levels are available to choose from, and modes include capture the king, rush, team deathmatch, and conquest. Your group can split across the two sides or team up together, and the mode you pick changes the goal: holding a position, pushing forward, or simply taking down the other team.
Before you jump in
GRANDMA is free to play and tagged as massively multiplayer, so expect to be matched with other online players rather than playing a private session with friends alone. The tags cover PvE and PvP elements, robots, aliens, and a wargame-style setting, so the action leans into large battles with mixed human and machine forces. Pick your side and loadout first, then settle on a mode that fits how your group wants to play.
