A mystery aboard a luxury airship
First Class Escape 2: Head in the Clouds is an atmospheric escape-room-style puzzle game set inside a beautiful luxury airship. You move through its rooms in first person, investigating the ship and working out what is going on. The experience is linear, so the path forward is clear, but the puzzles along the way ask for real thought. Expect a mix of simple devices and more involved logic puzzles, all tied to the mystery of the airship. The tone leans toward detective work and investigation rather than action.
Playing with your group
You can play solo or team up with friends in online co-op for up to 5 players. Since it is a co-op campaign, everyone shares the same journey through the ship, so you can split up to cover more ground, compare what each of you has found, and pool clues when a puzzle has you stuck. Some puzzles are straightforward enough to knock out quickly, while the logic-heavy ones reward talking through the possibilities together. Along the way there are hidden collectibles scattered across the rooms, which gives your group something extra to hunt for between the main puzzles.
Before you start
Each game in the First Class Escape series is a standalone story, so you do not need to have played the first one to follow what happens here. The game is single-player capable as well as co-op, so it works if only one of you owns it or if your group cannot all be online at once. Going in, the main things to expect are exploration, hidden object hunting, and a steady run of puzzles that range from quick mechanical tasks to longer logic problems.
