Typing as the accelerator
DriveWave turns every keystroke into forward motion. The more you type, the farther and faster your car travels along endless neon highways that run from glowing deserts to midnight forests. The environments are procedurally generated, so each run lays out a fresh stretch of road. You can treat it as a quiet background drive with ambient vibes, or chase score attack runs and push for leaderboard glory.
Playing alongside friends
DriveWave supports Online Co-op and Online PvP, so a group can drive together or race against each other. The runs are built around collecting and scoring, which gives everyone a shared target to work toward or compete over.
Setting up before you start
The game runs in an Always-On-Top transparent window, so you can keep it open while working or browsing in other applications. It is tagged as a desktop companion and an idler, meaning it keeps running at the side of your screen rather than demanding full attention. Progress comes from driving, unlocking environments such as deserts, forests, and cities, and building out a garage of cars, wheels, and colors.
