What DEPLOYMENT is

DEPLOYMENT is a competitive top-down shooter where infosoldiers, units of pure data, fight for control of the digital systems that keep the world running. After the Last War, civilization is nearly finished, but computers still run energy, transport, and factories. Whoever holds those systems holds the world, so governments and megacorporations send their infosoldiers into the Etherweb to seize it. Battles take place on randomly generated arenas, which means no two fights play out the same way.

How your group plays together

Your squad picks from five classes: Gunner, Pyro, Sniper, Cyclops, and Rocketeer. Each one brings its own weapon and playstyle, so a balanced team covers different ranges and roles. You can fight in 5v5 matches or free-for-all, and the main tactical piece is capturing and holding system turrets to gain an edge. Coordinate with your squad, watch the turret points, and push when you have the advantage. Experience earned in matches lets you upgrade your class and unlock new abilities, so your group can shape how each class plays over time.

Before you start

If your group wants to warm up first, there is a single-player mode with AI bots for practice. The game also has leaderboards and class customization for players who want to track progress and tune their setup. Expect a fast-paced, reflex-heavy arena shooter with a sci-fi, abstract look that keeps the focus on the fighting.
