What Bullet Roulette VR is
Bullet Roulette VR is a casual VR game for four players sitting around a table in a secret old bar. Each round every player randomly becomes one of six characters, and the group plays Russian Roulette together. Before you shoot you draw two cards, and those cards can completely change the rules of the round, so no two hands play out the same way. The goal is simple: be the last one standing. The setting is a gloomy dark bar with atmospheric lighting and irritating piano music playing in the background, and the other three people at the table do not look like they plan to play fair.
How a group plays it together
The game supports online PvP, so your group can fill the table and go at each other. Money drives the turn order: if you survive a shot you get $1, and that money is what lets you shoot another player on your next turn. If you kill another player you take their money, while an unsuccessful attempt to shoot someone takes all the money you had. That means the economy of the table decides who gets to act, and being tricky with your cards and your targets matters as much as surviving the trigger pull. There are three NPCs in the bar you can interact with, including shooting them, and six game characters to end up as.
Before you start
You can play against AI opponents when nobody is around, and each AI has its own behaviour, so they do not all react the same way. Expect sticky, tense shooting mechanics built around the fear of self-shooting, plus a fair amount of violence and a crime-flavoured atmosphere. The game is in Early Access, so content and rules may still shift as it develops. It is a VR title, so you need a VR setup to play it.
