What Barro F is

Barro F is the sequel to Barro, and it leans into speed: faster than the game before it. It's a casual, arcade-style racing game with a cartoony look, built around quick races and time trial runs. You get 11 new cars and 10 new race tracks to work with, and a race grid holds up to 10 cars at once. The time trial mode has been redone and improved, so chasing your own best lap is a real part of the package alongside standard racing.

Playing together

The game supports 4 players in local split screen, so a group sitting around one screen can race each other directly. If your friends are on Discord and not in the same room, Remote Play Together lets them join in from their own machines while playing along with you. Between the split screen option and Remote Play Together, there are two clear ways to get a group into the same race.

Before you start

Barro F is tagged as singleplayer as well as local multiplayer, so you can run races and time trials on your own when nobody else is around. Controller support is listed, which is worth knowing if you plan to play split screen with friends on one couch. The game is a sequel, so expect it to build on the original Barro rather than start from scratch, with the new cars and tracks being the main additions.
