Golf in four dimensions

4D Golf puts a familiar sport into a space with four dimensions instead of three. You swing, the ball rolls, and the course bends in ways a normal mini golf hole never could. The game ships with over 120 levels spread across 7 themed worlds, and each one is built around a specific trick of 4D geometry: hidden paths, moving platforms, shifting gravity, speed boosts, and holes that only make sense once you see them from the right angle. Along the way you unlock accessories by clearing challenges, and the visualization options let you change how the extra dimension is drawn so you can read the space better.

Playing together

The Steam features list Remote Play Together, so one person who owns the game can host a session and stream it to friends who join in. The store text does not describe a multiplayer mode beyond that, so treat it as a way to share the screen and take turns rather than a built-in competitive format. The level editor is the other social angle: you can build your own 4D courses and hand them to the group to try.

Before you start

Marble Platforming Mode is a separate, clock-racing mode where you guide a marble through platforming challenges instead of playing golf holes. Expect a learning curve: reading 4D space takes a while, and the visualization settings are there to help you build that intuition rather than to dress up the graphics. The game is tagged Singleplayer, so the core experience is you against the courses, with Remote Play Together as the way to bring others in.
