What Twilight Wars is
Twilight Wars is a team-based top-down shooter with a mission-based storyline. You pick up weapons and fight enemies alongside allies in a colorful, dark fantasy setting. The game blends beat 'em up, action RPG, and shoot 'em up elements into a top-down arena experience.
Playing together with friends
You can team up with friends to take on enemies in the arena. The game supports online co-op for playing together against AI opponents, and online PvP for competing against other players. In the arena, you pick from two sides — Royal knights or Skydow warriors — and fight to eliminate all enemies to win. If neither side suits you, you can join The-Third-Force as a mercenary, where you need to eliminate all players, including other mercenaries, to come out on top.
Weapons and tactics
There are various weapon types to choose from, and no two weapons are the same. Each weapon comes with its own special abilities, so you can build tactics around what you pick up. This keeps battles varied and gives you room to experiment with different loadouts across matches.
Story Mode
The story mode offers challenging missions that open up the world of Twilight Wars. You can play through it with AI companions or with your friends, exploring a post-apocalyptic Earth and uncovering the truth behind a catastrophe from 700 years ago.
