Drive, fly and sail across the USA
The Crew 2 is an open world action driving game set across the whole USA. You pick from hundreds of vehicles and switch between disciplines: cars and trucks on the ground, planes in the air, and boats on the water. The world is there to explore at your own pace, and the event list covers dozens of modes, tracks and challenges. Seasonal updates add new events, vehicles and modes over time. You can record your runs and share them with a single button press.
Playing together with friends
You can take on the American motorsports scene with up to seven friends online, so a full group can head out into the open world together. Co-op and PvP are both supported, along with online play in general. The game also runs offline through the Hybrid mode, which lets you play solo without an online connection while still having the option to go back to the online experience. That makes it easy for a group where one or two people are not always online — you can start alone and join up later.
Before you start
The game includes Steam Achievements and captions, and supports partial controller input, so check your setup if you prefer playing with a pad. Remote Play on Phone and Tablet is available, which is handy if someone in the group wants to join from a handheld device. In-App Purchases are present in the game. The store text also mentions a Gold Edition with a Season Pass, a Motorsports Deluxe Pack containing three extra vehicles and three pilot outfits, and 3-day early access — worth knowing if someone in your group is looking at editions.
