Build dungeons with your friends
Quest Master is a dungeon maker in the spirit of the old dungeon crawlers. You place rooms, traps, puzzles and monsters yourself, and you can add as many floors as you want. Switching themes is instant: sand temple, fiery cavern, lush forest and more can be swapped at any time, so nothing you build locks you into one look. Setting up interactions works through drag and drop, and a context menu lets you change properties and add conditions.
Building is not a solo job. Local co-op lets you work on a dungeon and explore it with up to 3 friends. If nobody is around, puppets let you swap between other characters so you can still play multiplayer dungeons on your own.
Share and play other dungeons
When your dungeon is ready, upload it for other players to explore. On the flip side, you can dive into community-uploaded creations and compete for the world record. Remote Play Together is supported, so friends can join in over the internet.
What to know before starting
Quest Master is in Early Access, so expect things to change as it develops. The game has a story mode: you play as Lanze, a fledgling Quest Master, alongside Princess Javelyn and Shiv the Rabbit Thief, travelling across six biomes to fight a corruption spreading through the Aetherial Veins beneath Aetheria. Between dungeons you can spend time in Castle Town with side-activities and mini-games like Lucky's Locks, train combat at the dojo, and equip rings that grant benefits such as health regeneration or improved combat abilities. The game supports controller play.
