A real-time war across whole solar systems

Planetary Annihilation: TITANS is a stand-alone expansion to the large-scale RTS Planetary Annihilation, and it includes the base game. You command armies in the thousands across land, sea, air, and orbit, spread over multiple planets. The TITANS expansion adds 5 massive TITAN-class super units, including the Atlas bot and the Zeus airship, plus 19 new units such as Hover Tanks, Orbital Battleships, and Nanobot Swarms. Planets now feature multi-level terrain, available in both single player and multiplayer. Games can end by destroying entire planets with giant lasers, asteroid collisions, or the Ragnarok Titan, which splits planets apart.

Playing with your group

You can play with up to ten friends or opponents in free-for-all and team matches, or compete on the 1v1 ranked ladder. Bounty Mode is a new option for AI skirmish and multiplayer. The advanced command and control tools let you automate armies, manage production lines, and run multiple fronts on multiple planets at once. In-match recordings can be viewed in real time while a match is still going, so you can rewind to any point and use Play From Here to change the outcome. Mod support is built into the main menu through Community Mods. For offline play, a DRM-free local server hosts LAN games with up to 32 players, provided your machine meets the minimum system requirements.

Before you start

A streamlined tutorial gets you up to speed on the basics. Single-player Galactic War is a campaign across a dynamic galaxy filled with procedurally generated content, offering a different structure from a traditional RTS campaign. Note that founding Kickstarter backers from September 2012 received TITANS for free, and other owners of classic Planetary Annihilation can upgrade to TITANS at a permanent discount.
