Racing to your own beats

Music Racer is a musical arcade game where you race at full speed and dodge obstacles in time with the music. You can drive along a fantasy track in a car or fly through a space tunnel. The track you get depends on the music you pick: each track changes the round's length, how long the track lasts, and how fast you move. Beats fly past you, and you steer into them to collect them while staying on the rhythm.

Choosing your music

The game needs your own music files to play. It supports MP3, Ogg, Flac, and Wav from your hard drive. You can also stream from AUDIUS and pick a track from there. Since the levels are built around whatever song you load, every run feels different depending on what you put on. Try a few tracks and see how the speed and length shift with each one.

Playing with friends

Music Racer supports Remote Play Together, so friends can join in from their own setups while you play. Everyone shares the same music and the same run, so you can compare how far you get on a given track. Pick a song everyone likes, start a session, and see who can hold the rhythm the longest.

Before you start

Have music files ready before you launch, since the game will not run without them. The game is tagged as difficult, so expect to miss beats and crash while you learn how each song shapes the track. The game may use music files on your device, and the developers do not take responsibility for any copyright issues, so keep that in mind when loading your library.
