What Mushy is

Mushy is a round based first person shooter built around a single objective: the attackers plant a bomb, the defenders defuse it, and both sides fight with guns while that plays out. Each round starts fresh, so a lost round does not end the match. The look is cartoony, colorful and minimalist in 3D, with an atmospheric feel rather than a realistic one.

How a group plays it

Mushy supports Online PvP, so your group can jump into matches against other players. Rounds split the lobby into attackers and defenders, and your side decides the plan before the round begins: push for the plant, or hold the site and cover the defuse. Because rounds are short and reset cleanly, it is easy to swap who takes which role between rounds and keep a session going.

Before you start

Expect armed combat in every round, so aim and positioning matter as much as the bomb objective. The tags list Singleplayer alongside Online PvP, so check what mode you are loading into before you queue up with the group. The game is Free To Play, indie and casual in tone, with a linear structure to its rounds rather than an open-ended format.
