Running a monster care center

Monster Care Simulator puts you behind the counter of a care center for small monsters. Clients bring their creatures in for treatment, you work through the diagnosis and care in the treatment area, and the patient goes off to recover. Money comes in from that work, and you put it back into the business: new rooms, better tools, more space for more creatures. The game follows that loop from a modest one-room setup toward a much larger, busier establishment.

Beyond client work, you look after your own monsters. You find rare eggs, hatch them, and raise the hatchlings as companions, including shiny variants. They grow stronger and level up as they develop, so there is a long-term progression attached to the creatures you keep rather than just the ones passing through.

Playing with friends

The game supports online co-op with up to 4 players, so a group can run the center together. The workload splits naturally: one person can take treatment duty, another can handle the cash register, another can clean, and another can spend time in the garden keeping monsters happy. Hiring employees adds the same kind of delegation, letting your group focus on the parts of the business they enjoy rather than the routine chores.

Keeping monsters happy is a real system, not decoration. You can throw a ball, play music, push them on a swing, and do other activities with them. Happy monsters are more likely to lay eggs and less likely to fight each other, so the playtime feeds directly back into your egg supply and into keeping the center calm.

What to know before starting

Money management is central: treat monsters, earn, reinvest in expansion and upgrades, then take on more creatures. Staff management matters too, since employees cover the register, cleaning, and monster care while you work on growth.

There is also space that belongs only to you. The apartment on the upper floor is private, and you can decorate and furnish it as a retreat, while the garden and the center itself can be customized and upgraded as your business improves. Expect a first-person, stylized look and a steady pace built around routine care, gradual expansion, and raising your own team of monsters alongside your clients' pets.
