Four movies in one LEGO adventure
LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues takes you through all four Indiana Jones movies. The levels cover the original three adventures from the first game, rebuilt as a complete retelling, plus new levels built around favorite moments from The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Along the way you smash objects for studs, solve puzzles, fight enemies, and use whatever is lying around as a weapon — chairs, guns, swords, bottles. Collecting artifacts unlocks more than 60 playable characters, including villains and supporting characters like Marion Ravenwood, Mutt Williams, Short Round, Rene Belloq, Willie Scott, Marcus Brody, Dr. Henry Jones Sr., and Irina Spalko. Each one brings their own abilities, so swapping characters is part of how you open up a level.
Playing together with your group
Two-player drop-in, drop-out split-screen lets a second player join whenever they want and leave without stopping the game. You explore the same LEGO environments together, covering each other in fights and combining abilities to get past puzzles. The game also has a level editor: you build your own levels and then play them with friends. That gives your group something to do beyond the movie levels — one person designs a stage, the rest jump in and run it. Remote Play Together is available, so someone who does not own the game can join in over a stream.
Before you start
Expect a mix of action, puzzle-solving, and open-ended LEGO sandbox play across large environments. The tone is comedic and family friendly, with the usual LEGO slapstick over the Indiana Jones material. Combat is light — you swing whatever weapon you picked up — and the real challenge comes from figuring out which character ability solves which obstacle. New vehicles and abilities show up as you progress, and the big environments reward poking into corners for collectibles. Start with the movie levels to learn the ropes, then try the level editor once you have a feel for how the pieces fit together.
