A platforming adventure with a shaman panda
JUJU follows Juju, a small brave panda, and his lizard sidekick Peyo. Their father Jambee, a powerful shaman, gets captured by an ancient spirit the two accidentally release while he is performing his rituals. Jambee hands Juju a magical mask before he is taken, and the pair set off to gather the mystic keys and magic ambers needed to seal the spirit away. A Guardian of the Mask guides them toward the pieces of the mystical key. Along the way you run, bounce, chant, and fight, moving through brilliantly animated landscapes and facing striking enemies. The tone is lighthearted and family-friendly, with a vibrant art style throughout.
Playing it together
JUJU is built for two-player cooperative play with a friend or family member. The second player can jump in or out at any time, so nobody is stuck waiting for a session to end before joining. The game is aimed at all skill levels, which makes it a relaxed pick for a mixed group where some people platform often and others do not. The Steam feature Remote Play Together is listed for the game, so your group can look into that option when setting up a session. Boss encounters are the moments where cooperation matters most: you go up against towering robots and giant sea creatures, and beating them earns the four pieces of the mystic key.
What to know before starting
The main goal is clear from the start — collect the mystic keys and magic ambers to seal the ancient spirit and save Jambee. Beyond the main path there are secret areas, hidden levels, and other game modes, so the adventure keeps going after the story is done. Expect a mix of straightforward platforming and large boss fights rather than anything punishingly difficult; the game is tagged as casual and family friendly. If your group likes a colorful, animated world with room to poke around for secrets, JUJU fits that mood well.
