Running Ghalyan's Hookah Lounge

Hubble Bubble is a first-person shop sim set on a space station where your cargo pod has just docked. You take over Ghalyan's Hookah Lounge, which the previous owner left in a hurry without explaining why. The work is hands-on: pack the bowl, stretch the foil, poke the holes, heat the coals, then do it all again because table six is getting impatient. Alongside the hookah prep you brew coffee, blend Nebulas, microwave burgers and handle sodas, sandwiches and other orders, getting each one to the right alien before their patience runs out. The station runs on real physics, so hot coals can set you on fire, standing in front of the wrong hatch launches you into space, and a bad fall drops you on the floor like a sack of potatoes.

Playing With Your Group

The game supports online co-op for 1 to 4 players, so you can run the lounge solo or split the work with up to three friends. One person can handle hookah prep while another works the food and drinks, and everyone chases the same stream of alien customers. Ships drop off customers constantly, and some pull up to the drive-thru without even landing, which gives the group a second front to keep an eye on. Proximity voice chat is built in, so your friends hear you panic before they see what went wrong. Expect to coordinate under pressure: the aliens have short patience, and some of them would rather eat the staff than wait.

What to Know Before Starting

The station's gravity generator cuts out without warning. When it does, hookahs, coals, customers and crewmates all lift off the floor, and when gravity returns everything in the air lands at once, so you may be delivering orders mid-flight. Every credit you earn goes back into the shop: paintings, carpets, an aquarium, the drive-thru and the elevator are all upgrades you can install, and each one shows up in the lounge and brings in more cash. There are also questionable outfits available, including a G-String, if money is left over. Nothing on this station is normal, and the game leans into that rather than fixing it.
