What Drift Legends 2 is

Drift Legends 2 is an arcade drifting game built around style, collecting cars and competing. The handling leans toward smooth, responsive slides rather than strict simulation, so the fun comes from holding a good line through a corner and stacking points. You start as a rookie and work through a story campaign that opens new chapters as you improve, moving from beginner events up to elite-level competition. The car list runs past 50 vehicles and covers JDM classics, American muscle and European machines, so there is plenty to work toward as you progress.

Playing together with your group

The multiplayer side is where a group of friends gets the most out of it. Online PvP covers ranked duels, team challenges and casual rooms, so you can pick something competitive or just hang out and drift. Cross-platform competitions mean you are not limited to the same store or machine as the rest of your group — friends on other platforms can join in. Co-op events are available too, letting you take on challenges alongside each other instead of only against them. Daily and weekly events give you fresh goals to chase together, and weekly leaderboards settle who actually holds the top spot.

Before you start

A few things worth knowing. Customization is visual only — paints, liveries, wheels, tires and license plates — and it gives no gameplay advantage, so nobody in your group pulls ahead by spending. There is no performance tuning, which keeps the playing field level and puts the focus on driving skill. The game is tagged as difficult, so expect a learning curve before your drifts start looking clean. It supports controllers and is optimized for Steam Deck, and it is designed to run on everyday low-spec PCs, so hardware should not be the thing holding your group back.
