Two full games in one package

Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition bundles Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker's Memory together. Both are JRPGs built around a cyber detective story where the real world and the digital world bleed into each other. You take on the role of a cyber detective or a hacker, work through diabolical digi-mysteries, and follow the story through dialogue-heavy scenes. The collection carries over the classic turn-based battles and the Digimon raising and Digivolving systems that fans of the series expect.

Collecting and battling with your team

The core loop is collecting, raising, and Digivolving Digimon, with more than 300 Digimon available to gather. You build a team from what you have collected and put it into classic turn-based battles against opponents. Battles reward planning your team composition and thinking through turns rather than reacting in real time. Between fights, you spend time raising your Digimon and pushing them through Digivolutions to expand what your roster can do.

Playing together and what to note

The Steam version lists Online PvP, so you can take your built team into matches against other players outside the main story. The game itself is tagged as Singleplayer for its campaign, so the story is played on your own while PvP is the shared layer. Before starting, note that the interface and subtitles for copies downloaded outside of Japan are only available in English, German, Korean, and Traditional Chinese.
