Hunt Bigfoot across US national parks

BIGFOOT is a survival horror shooter where you track an enormous, strong and elusive primate through several US national parks. You play as a hunter who wants proof that Bigfoot is real. That means collecting ammunition, studying the terrain, and defending yourself against Bigfoot and the other predators living in the dark forests. The game runs on Unreal Engine 4 and is currently in Early Access.

Two ways to play with friends

There are two modes. In the first, Bigfoot is controlled by AI and you can play alone or team up online with up to 3 friends, making a group of 4 hunters. In the second mode, one player takes control of Bigfoot while the others hunt, and online co-op supports up to 5 players in that setup. As a hunter, you bring modern equipment and use your own cunning to survive. As Bigfoot, you feed to grow stronger, use predator skills and unique abilities, lay ambushes and traps, and strike from the darkness. The mode you pick decides which side your group ends up on.

What to know before starting

The game is in Early Access, so expect it to change over time. Pick your mode before you set out, since the player counts differ: 4 players maximum against AI Bigfoot, 5 players maximum when a player controls the monster. Hunters need to gather ammo and watch their surroundings, because other predators share the forest. Bigfoot players work best when they use the terrain, darkness and fear against the group.
