Collage instead of drawing

We, Junk Artists is a collage-and-guess game for up to 8 players. You never pick up a brush. Instead you grab pieces of junk — outdated toys, discarded clothes, rusty metal, broken appliances — and arrange them into something that stands for a word or idea. The pieces can be placed carefully, pushed into abstract shapes, or animated in real time to get your message across. There are multiple collage modes and customizable word lists, so the prompts can be tuned to your group. The whole thing sits around a campfire with a hand-drawn, colorful look that stays cozy rather than competitive.

Playing together and on your own

Groups play online co-op and online PvP, taking turns making a collage and guessing what it is meant to be. With up to 8 players there is room for the whole friend group in one lobby. While you wait for a round to start, you can stick a red flower on a piece you like or throw out stickers to cheer people on — each sticker plays its own sound and musical note, so a lobby can turn into a small jam session. Design & Guess is a separate mode built for playing alone, with more ways to keep going when nobody else is online.

Before you start

Junk materials are unlocked and collected over time, so your palette grows the more you play. Nothing here rewards drawing skill — the game is about arranging ordinary objects into something readable, and the more mundane the junk, the funnier the result tends to be. Expect a relaxed pace, a lot of guessing, and rounds that lean on imagination rather than precision.
