What PONE is about

PONE is a co-op survival horror game set in an upside down world taken over by an infection. You join a government operation to help what is left of pony-kind by venturing out into the infected landscape and completing tasks. Each task you finish earns you money, which you can spend on goods. The catch is that the more tasks you complete, the harder they get, so the job keeps ramping up as you go.

Playing with your friends

This is built for groups: you and your closest friends head out together and watch each other's backs. The game leans hard on sticking as a team, since having someone covering you can be the difference between making it home and not. Going out alone is treated as a bad idea, and the whole thing is framed around friendship holding the group together through the danger.

Before you start

PONE is in Early Access, so expect things to still be in progress and changing over time. It plays in first person and covers action, adventure, exploration and PvE combat against the infected, with a dungeon crawler feel in a dark setting. There is also a singleplayer option alongside the online co-op. The tone mixes horror with some humor, so it does not take itself completely seriously even when things get tense.
