A full cricket simulation with the big competitions
Cricket 22 from Big Ant Studios is a simulation of the sport covering the licensed Ashes contest between Australia and England, Australia's Big Bash T20 competition, The Hundred in England, and the CPL in the Caribbean. You can also take international teams from Australia, England, The West Indies, New Zealand and Ireland onto the field. Both the Men's and Women's games are represented across the whole package. The bowling and fielding controls have been rebuilt, with a fast bouncer at one end and a quick throw from the infield for a run-out at the other. A commentary team of Michael Atherton, Ian Healy, Mel Jones, Alison Mitchell and David Gower calls the action, and an all-women commentary team is included as well.
Playing with your group
The Steam features list Online Co-op, Online PvP and Remote Play Together, so there are ways to play alongside or against each other online, and to share a session through Remote Play Together. Beyond that, the game offers a deep career mode where you handle training, press conferences and injuries while working toward international glory. The tutorials and first-time user experience have been overhauled, which helps anyone new to cricket pick up batting and bowling quickly.
