Build your own robot squads
Clatter is a turn-based arena tactics game from Facepunch Studios where you assemble a squad of fighting robots and command them through tactical battles. Your roster includes units like Grabbers, Flippers and Mortars, each with its own strengths, weaknesses and synergies with the rest of your team. Picking the right mix and knowing how they support each other is the core of the game. You can also customise your commander and your arena from a large collection of interactive items, with hundreds of possible combinations.
Play online against other commanders
The multiplayer side is built around taking your squads online against other players. Matches run across an ever-changing roster of maps in two game modes: deathmatch and control. Winning matches moves you up through the bronze, silver and gold leagues as you climb toward the top.
Career mode and daily challenges
Outside of multiplayer, the single-player career mode casts you as player-manager of a team across season-long leagues. You build the team from the ground up: buy and sell units, mod their stats, and pick up sponsorships as you try to take your squad from chumps to champs. There is also a daily challenge where you battle the AI on random maps with pre-made squads, competing for the top score on the daily leaderboards.
