Two beavers, one heist

Beavers Be Dammed is a two player local co-op game where you and a beaver buddy gnaw your way into a sawmill, locate the timber, and maneuver heavy logs to the drop-off point before the time runs out. The mill is owned by an evil lumberjack, and the place is full of hazards: sharp saw blades, feisty flamethrowers, fiery pits, and more. It is a humorous party game built around heists under time pressure. The game is in Early Access and is being actively developed by a team of six students.

How you play together

This is real couch co-op: two players on one screen, working as a pair. Teamwork is crucial, especially while dodging dangerous hazards under the clock. The way you have to interact with the other player is central to the experience, and you can accidentally push your friend into fiery pits while scrambling for the logs. Full controller support keeps the controls easy to pick up but hard to master as you progress. Remote Play Together is available, so a friend can join you remotely.

Before you start

There is no single player version of this game. Beavers Be Dammed is specifically designed to be enjoyed by two players locally, so you need a second person on the couch before you begin. The developers are actively working on the game and want feedback through the community hub, social media, or e-mail.
