# About PLAYNEXT

PLAYNEXT helps groups of friends choose what to play together. How it works, where the game information comes from, and how to reach us.

PLAYNEXT helps a group of friends get from "what should we play?" to a decision. One person starts a session in the browser and shares the link. Everyone suggests games, including games from linked Steam libraries, and the group decides through a popular vote or a knockout bracket. PLAYNEXT is free to use.

## The game pages

The game pages on this website cover multiplayer games on Steam that a group can play together online: online co-op, online PvP or Remote Play Together. Store facts such as player modes, review summaries, prices in US dollars and current player counts come from Steam and are refreshed regularly, so they can differ from what Steam shows right now.

Game articles and guides are written for this website. Each one is researched from the game's store page, official sources and patch notes, and focuses on what a group actually does together and what to check before buying.

## Independence and trademarks

PLAYNEXT is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Valve Corporation or Discord Inc. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation, and Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.

PLAYNEXT is likewise not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by any developer or publisher of the games shown on this website, unless expressly stated otherwise.
